Welcome
Beyond my therapeutic approach, professional training, and clinical experience, I am, first and foremost, a fellow human being. An explorer of both the inner world and the natural world, a woman, a mother, and someone who deeply values partnership. I find myself continually drawn to what helps us feel most alive, and in my work, it is our shared humanity that matters above all else.
I am deeply curious about the human psyche and the ways our lived experience is expressed through the body. I believe in genuine human connection, in moments of quiet, and in creating a space where there is no need to rush, where you can gently turn toward your inner experience and discover what is asking to be heard.
EXPLORE
I find myself in nature, in art, in the body's slower rhythms, in processes that ask for time, and in witnessing how someone gradually begins to inhabit their own life with greater intention and fullness.
Looking back on my own journey and on what has shaped me, I realise that I have always been drawn to beauty, to aesthetics, to interior design, and to the different lenses through which we perceive the world. It is that indefinable quality that stirs something within me, that allows my body and senses to resonate, and that reminds me, with gratitude, that I belong both to my own inner world and to something greater.
For a while, I imagined that interior design might become my profession. In the end, however, I chose psychotherapy with all my heart.
Looking at these two paths today, I realise they are not as far apart within me as they might seem. Intuitively, I have come to recognise the bridge between them, even though, for a long time, I didn't know how to name it.
Psychotherapy as interior design? Perhaps an unexpected comparison, yet one that beautifully captures the way I understand the therapeutic process. To witness an inner space, to accompany it as it unfolds and, at times, transforms, and to support a little more light and room to breathe within—this is something that deeply inspires and humbles me.
